We’re a community legal centre that supports people with disability across Victoria who are facing discrimination or unfair treatment. Our free services focus on three main areas:
Workplace Discrimination: We help if you’re being treated unfairly at work or when applying for jobs because of your disability. This includes situations like unfair dismissal, bullying, being denied reasonable adjustments, or not being paid fairly.
Problems at School or University: If you or your child are being excluded, bullied, or not getting the support needed to learn, we can provide advice and support to challenge unfair treatment in education.
NDIS Decisions: If the NDIS has refused to fund something in your plan or made a decision you don’t agree with, we can help you understand your rights and guide you through the review or appeals process.
We’re here to listen, explain your legal rights, and help you take action – whether that’s through advice, negotiation, or legal representation. All our legal help and representation is free and confidential.
