Discrimination at Work

If you have a disability and things are going wrong at work, you’re not alone — and we’re here to help.

We assist people with disability who are being treated unfairly in their jobs or when looking for work.

You may have the right to ask for changes at work (called reasonable adjustments) so that you can do your job properly and safely. It’s also unlawful for your employer to discriminate against you because of your disability.

You can contact us if:

• You were fired or forced to resign because of your disability

• Your job is at risk and you’re not sure what to do

• You need changes at work to help you do your job, but your employer says no

• You’re not being paid the same as others for the same work

• You’re being bullied, harassed, or excluded because of your disability

• You don’t feel safe to talk about your disability at work, or your employer won’t listen

We can explain your rights, help you take action (like writing letters or talking to your employer), and even support you through formal complaints or legal processes if needed. All our legal help and representation is free and confidential.
